Your responsibilities include establishing key account relationships, overseeing international distributor partnerships, and driving revenue and profit targets by country and channel. NOSO Patches Operations Manager

The Operations Manager will be accountable for leading the Operations team, including oversight of all shipping and receiving as well as pick and pack and assembly management completed by (currently) three part time assembly technicians. NoSo designs, develops, warehouses, and ships our own products and this position oversees those processes. This person will wear multiple hats and at times make quick decisions on the fly.
You will provide coaching, mentoring and leadership to hold the team accountable. From customer experience, to design, to production, to fulfillment, this person will oversee the team and continue to develop and support as needed. This includes reducing redundancy, creating, and implementing efficient workflows and processes, interviewing and recruiting talent… and sometimes taking the cardboard to the recycling center too!
